Horrible experience. Since we entered the room no. 303 the door-lock was having inherent problems. Every time we opened/ closed the door, the hotel staffs helped to lock/unlock the door. Ultimately the door was locked. We informed the manager, he came with his team and somehow opened the door and blamed us that it’s we who have broken the lock and most astonishing the manager told that we have to pay for the lock. Consequently there was a hot argument. The whole day was spoiled due to the blame game and insulting remarks. Next day it was learnt that there was problem with the lock and the room was allotted to someone else. There’s problem in the wash room also. There was water logging, called the house keeping staff, cleared the water and he also said that there was no problem and we probably dropped something for which the drain was jam.

Very decent place. Right outside Manyata Tech Park so very convenient for reaching there. The hotel took personal care to provide detailed toiletries with a personalized message

I stayed at the hotel during air show 2025. The hotel is located on main road and quite easily accessible. The staff was courteous and room had all the basic amenities in place. The morning breakfast was also ok. Only thing ! they charged bomb for the stay. Not at all worth the money i paid for the stay !

I booked this hotel expecting the quality and service associated with the Sarovar brand, but this place is a complete disappointment. The check-in experience was a nightmare—slow, disorganized, and downright frustrating. The staff seemed indifferent, making it clear that customer experience is the last thing they care about. The hotel is ridiculously overpriced for what it offers. They charge premium rates but deliver below-average service, outdated rooms, and a lack of basic hospitality. Every little request comes with an extra fee, making it obvious that their priority is money, not guest satisfaction. This is NOT what you’d expect from a Sarovar property. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere!

The Property location is excellent and served the purpose of my visit. Even though the hotel was fully occupied I was provided room by 10:30 which is commendable. They provided excellent breakfast for two days and waived off my early checking cost. I'm impressed by the hospitality. food was excellent I only had breakfast as unable to have dinner due to my late return from my visit place.

Very good atmosphere and easily accessible. Very cooperative staff and awesome breakfast. With a comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Had good aesthetics that anyone would approve of. Hygienic and clean rooms.
